The First of our very dear friends...

Not long after my hospital recovery, my Boo (Lola), joined me from Nigeria. Here we were having a light dinner, with the first of our dear friends in India (Vidur & his wife, Suparna), in celebration of Lola's arrival.

And next....

I went through an emergency appendectomy ( removal of the appendix) at the Naval Hospital, INS Sanjivani, and for the next 10 days, here I was recovering from surgical wounds. Praise God for my quick recovery!

The Early Days

I arrived Kochi in Kerala State, South India, in September 2006, for a military course which would last for 39 weeks. I had colleagues on the course from 13 different countries, most of them were Asians. Lola joined me a month after.
